The Tingara Challenge, hosted by Shark Island Paddlers was held on Saturday 16 March. We had two athletes competing in the long 15km course. Melanie Thomas on her Mistral and Cade Barnes on the DNA.
The weather was perfect and at 8.30am from Rose Bay, our paddlers took off. Cade took out 2nd place overall and 1st in the over 40’s category. It’s safe to say that he’s getting super comfortable on the DNA and looking forward to the next race!
